We don’t keep parts on hand, and that’s actually a good thing for you! By not stocking them, we can avoid extra costs and pass those savings on to you. When you need a part, we’ll help you find it, and you can place the order (We have suppliers who can sell to us through you). Just let us know when it arrives, and we’ll set up a time to get it installed. Looking forward to helping you!
Where does the repair happen?
You have two options.
- We come to your home to do the repair. We will bring all the required tools and safety equipment as needed. (coming to you is free)
- We can come to your home pick up the repair and bring it back to you later. (coming to you leaving with the repair then coming back to drop it off that's a cost of $20-$30 depending on the distance)
What is the process
it is simple.
- Email a repair request and set up time for phone call
- Phone call and some series of diagnostic questions
- Suggest Repair and cost
- Suggest what part and where to order it
- Make Appointment to come out once part arrives
- Fix and Enjoy
How does the warranty work?
Warranty for parts is provided by the supplier from whom the item was purchased.
The labor warranty is valid for one year and covers repairs only in the event of manufacturing defects. Please note that any damage resulting from user actions will not be included in this warranty.
Additionally, we require inspection of the defective part prior to proceeding with any warranty repairs.
