I've been asked WHY I don't provide parts for repairs, and I totally understand the curiosity! After years in this industry, I've seen too many customers overcharged for repairs, and it really bothers me. My focus is on delivering quality work rather than profiting from parts. I believe in building trust and relationships with my clients, and I find that I can earn more by helping them save money.
When customers are happy, they often share their positive experiences with friends and family, which is the best reward for me!

Truth be told, I'm just a tech-obsessed guy who absolutely loves to lend a hand and stay in the game! Every time I try to step away, technology just pulls me right back in – it's like a magnet! I've been tinkering and teaching since way back in 1998, diving headfirst into everything from sales to tricky repairs and even training folks. Whether it's bringing a TV back to life, fine-tuning a home theater, or getting those mobile gadgets singing, I genuinely get a kick out of every single bit of it!
